Refunds
Refunds & cancellation
Last updated: 1 October 2026
This policy is published under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020. It applies to paid services bought on nineplusinfra.in. Browsing, searching and sending enquiries are free.
1. Monthly professional plan
- The plan is billed monthly in advance, with GST charged as applicable, and renews automatically until cancelled.
- You can cancel anytime from your dashboard or by email. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the paid month.
- Partly used months are not refunded, except as stated below.
2. Advertising and banner placements
- Ad campaigns can be cancelled before the start date for a full refund.
- After a campaign goes live, unused full days may be refunded on a pro-rata basis on written request, less any design or setup charges agreed in advance.
- Ads removed for breaking our Terms of use are not refunded.
3. When you get a full refund
- You were charged twice or charged by mistake.
- You paid but the service was not activated within 48 hours due to a fault on our side.
- You cancel within 7 days of your first-ever payment and have not used paid features.
4. Not refundable
- Accounts suspended for fraud, fake listings or breach of terms.
- Lack of leads, sales or enquiries — paid plans do not guarantee results.
5. How to request a refund
Email us with your registered mobile number, payment date and transaction ID within 7 days of the charge. We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and decide within 7 working days.
6. Refund timeline
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. GST is reversed through a credit note as per GST law. Bank or gateway timelines may vary.
7. Property transactions
Token amounts, advances or booking money paid directly to sellers, builders or agents are not handled by NinePlusInfra and are outside this policy. Please settle them with the other party, or under RERA where it applies.
8. Complaints
If you are not satisfied, contact our Grievance Officer. You may also approach the National Consumer Helpline (1915) or the consumer commission.
This policy is a general template and should be reviewed by a qualified Indian lawyer.
