How do I report a listing?
Sign in and use Report this listing on its property page.
Can I post a buyer requirement?
Use an area or category page request form. Requirements await staff review and your phone remains private.

Why verify my mobile?
Phone verification is required before submitting a listing.
Is the first owner listing free?
Individual owners get one free listing. Paid promotion is optional.
Why is my listing not live?
It must pass moderator review. Check your dashboard for its status and any rejection reason.
How do I edit a listing?
Open your listing from your dashboard and update its details.
Where are my enquiries?
Your dashboard shows enquiries received on your listings.
Does promotion guarantee a sale?
No. Neither sales nor traffic, enquiries or ranking are guaranteed.
Agents and channel partners
What does the monthly plan cost?
₹1,000 plus 18% GST (₹180), totalling ₹1,180 per month.
Can I list someone else's property?
Only with the owner's written authorisation and accurate details.
Does portal registration replace RERA registration?
No. Check applicable Telangana RERA requirements independently.
Is payment automatically verified?
The team checks payment before paid access is activated. Keep your Razorpay payment ID.
Are WhatsApp alerts and AI calls active?
Automated alerts and AI callback services are not active. Planned tools are not included as live features.
