The portal brings property details, locality guides and enquiry management together so visitors can compare a home before contacting its seller. Asking prices and property particulars are supplied by sellers; the portal does not act as an independent valuation or legal opinion.

A seller verifies their mobile number, provides property details and declares ownership or written authorisation before submitting. A moderator reviews a submitted listing before it becomes public. A Verified badge is a separate status, shown only when the moderator records a check; the listing's verification note explains its scope. It does not guarantee title, approvals, condition, availability or investment returns. Buyers should examine original documents, use official approval records and seek qualified advice before committing money. Listings explicitly marked Demo are examples rather than available properties.

Tools for owners and professionals

An individual owner gets one free property listing, subject to review. Agents, builders and channel partners use the professional monthly plan, and owners can choose optional paid promotion. The price is ₹1,000 plus 18% GST, totalling ₹1,180 per month. Listings and enquiry management are not promises of a fixed number of leads or a sale.
