Common questions
Who can register?
Independent agents, brokers, brokerages and builder-authorised channel partners operating in Hyderabad.
Can I post resale properties?
Yes, when the owner has authorised you to market the property. You declare this authorisation for every listing.
Can I market builder ventures?
Only projects you are authorised to promote. Builder authorisation may be checked before access is granted.
How do I receive buyer enquiries?
Enquiries on your listings arrive in your dashboard lead inbox. Email alerts will be added once email delivery is connected.
Is WhatsApp notification included?
Not yet. WhatsApp Business notifications will be optional and only sent once the integration is configured.
What does ₹1,000 per month cover?
Listing access, the lead inbox with stages and notes, CSV export and reports. GST is charged separately. Advertising and marketing services cost extra.
Are leads or sales guaranteed?
No. The subscription pays for tools and listing access. It does not guarantee enquiries, ranking or sales.
Can my team access one account?
Team seats for brokerages are planned. For now each professional uses their own account.
How can I cancel or renew?
Monthly plans can be cancelled before the next billing date. See our Refunds & cancellation page for details.
What verification documents may be requested?
Typically a government ID, your RERA agent registration where applicable, and the owner's or builder's authorisation letter.
Do you offer digital marketing for my listings?
Yes. Search-friendly listing pages and featured banner placements are available now. Managed social media and Google campaigns are planned, not active.
How does the affiliate programme work?
Affiliate attribution and rewards are not active. Any future terms will be published before launch.
What makes a lead qualified?
Buyers share their budget, timeline and property type when they enquire, so you can prioritise serious buyers. Leads are not guaranteed.
