What 'agentic' AI is
A regular chatbot answers one question at a time. An AI agent can carry out a series of steps towards a goal: reply to an enquiry, ask follow-up questions about budget and timeline, check matching listings, and offer a site-visit slot, handing over to a person when needed.
A typical lead flow
A buyer fills a form on a listing. The agent replies within a minute, confirms the preferred locality and BHK, shares two or three matching properties, and passes a short summary to the agent or builder. The human team then calls the buyers who are ready.
Guardrails to set
Give the AI agent only verified listing details, limit what it can promise, and log every conversation. It should never invent prices, offers or approvals. Contact only people who have agreed to be contacted, and make it easy for them to stop messages.
Measuring results
Track replies, qualified leads, site visits and closures, not just the number of chats. No tool can guarantee a fixed number of leads or sales; results depend on your listings, pricing and follow-up.
